Sare Gu graduated from Fudan University Law School, practicing more than ten years for hundreds of civil and commercial and criminal cases, with criminal and civil cross-cutting disputes in the field of rich experience, able to seek the best remedy for the customer, but also for the high net worth individuals to provide a more comprehensive legal risk prevention and control services. Gu Sha has a lot of experience in handling new types of cases, new economy and internet cases, such as representing a Taobao head anchor in a dispute over the right of reputation, representing a mother and baby blogger with ten million fans in a copyright dispute, etc. She has also handled foreign family cases and pre-marital planning projects in the context of global asset allocation, and has provided expert testimony as a Chinese family law expert for a Chinese family case heard in a foreign court. Gu Sha has long been involved in the translation of U.S. Supreme Court precedents, and from January 2021 to December 2021, she participated as a member of the team in a research project on trust law commissioned by the People’s Bank of China’s headquarters in Shanghai.
